A few nights ago QB cleared Nax for the first time. This was the second serious attempt at a full clear. You may remember the first attempt. It was a great effort by everyone who turned up. It was made even better by the fact that we got to do it before our Holy Pally takes off overseas for the rest of the year. It’s not going to be the same without her, but these things happen.

The downside is QB are now down to only 2 healers. We have had an influx of dps over the last month with 3 new members joining the ranks of QB. All of whom have been a welcome addition. But we are in need of a healer. Hopefully we can pick one up before April. Fingers crossed

This week QB is out trying the Eye of Eternity and OS with one drake up. This is of course the only content left in Wrath for us and man does it feel great to say that.

Thats right, after my brain explosion on the last timed CoS run, we went back and got me a drake. This thing is awesome. Its just so damn big.

We will be doing a few more timed runs this week to get more Drakes. Its a really fun thing to do. It can be hard, but if you have the right group it is a lot of fun.

Yeah I know, QQ more. But hey, we all have to now and again don’t we?

• Walking around in the rain at Uni. It’s pouring down outside and I’m trying not to get wet, but it doesn’t work
• Having to take the Tamaki bus is always a near death experience.
• Not being able to go to Kebab Friday becasue you have to take the Tamaki bus back to Tamaki for a class.
• Getting wet walking back to the Tamaki bus.
• Wearing Jandals when it is pouring down with rain, and having to run from the Tamaki bus, so one does not get completely soaked.
• Getting to Kel’Thuzad in Naxx with QB for the first time. But then on Tuesday night when trying to finish him off, having the server go down for 1 1/2 hours and putting everyone in such a crappy mood that we can’t down him. This was after killing Sapphiron on the 3rd attempt the night before.
• The uni internet crashing and losing half my post!
• Getting wet walking to my car at Tamaki from class, having almost died on the Tamaki bus
• Taking a wrong turn in the CoS timed event and you end up dead at the feet of the last boss, while the rest of the party goes the right way and finishes it.  (The rest of the story below)
• Did I mention missing out on Kebab Friday?

I’m sure there is more I could add to the list but I just can’t think of anything else right now. But things are not all bad.

Last night we only had 7 turn up for the fist night of raiding this week, so instead we went and did the CoS timed run. Apart from when I took a wrong turn at the end (I went to the last boss instead of running straight ahead), it was a pretty fun run. Everyone else managed to go the right way and killed Infinite Corruptor. No matter though we finshed with 4 minutes to spare. Yes, I was too far away so I didn’t get to roll on the drake but hey, it will be there again tomorrow and the run was pretty easy.  Grats to new recruit Varantha who has been with the guild for a week. Now you are going to have to buy epic flying.
